Company refers to Dreamlink Multitrade Private Limited, the owner and operator of DreamPe.
Retailer refers to an individual or entity authorized to provide DreamPe services to end customers.
DFA/Distributor refers to an individual or entity authorized to onboard retailers and manage fintech services under DreamPe.
Services refer to all fintech solutions provided via DreamPe, including but not limited to Recharge, Bill Payments, AEPS, Money Transfer, and other financial services.
1. All Retailers and DFA/Distributors must complete the Know Your Customer (KYC) process as mandated by the RBI and other regulatory authorities.
2. Valid documents (Aadhaar, PAN, GST Registration, etc.) must be submitted during registration.
3. The Company reserves the right to reject or suspend accounts with incomplete or inaccurate KYC details.
4. Users are responsible for updating their KYC information periodically as required by regulations.
1. All Retailers and DFA/Distributors must strictly follow RBI guidelines, NPCI policies, and other regulatory requirements.
2. Compliance with Anti-Money Laundering (AML) and Know Your Customer (KYC) norms is mandatory.
3. Engaging in any fraudulent or unauthorized activities, such as money laundering, identity theft, or misuse of financial services, will result in immediate termination and legal action.
4. The Company reserves the right to audit, monitor, and verify transactions at any time.
5. Any changes in government laws or regulatory requirements must be adhered to, and failure to comply may lead to service suspension.
1. Retailers and DFA/Distributors must provide genuine and accurate financial services to customers without any malpractice.
2. Unauthorized use, transfer, or sharing of login credentials is strictly prohibited.
3. Retailers and DFA/Distributors are responsible for safeguarding their accounts from fraud, unauthorized access, and cyber threats.
4. The Company is not liable for any financial loss, fraud, or negligence caused due to the misconduct of the Retailer/DFA/Distributor.
1. Commission structures for different services will be communicated through the official DreamPe portal.
2. The Company reserves the right to revise commission rates without prior notice, based on market conditions and regulatory changes.
3. Any dispute regarding commission or settlements must be raised within 7 days of the transaction.
4. Taxes (including GST, TDS, etc.) applicable as per government norms will be deducted from commissions.
1. The Company reserves the right to suspend or terminate any Retailer or DFA/Distributor account in case of:
1. The Company is only a service provider and is not responsible for any third-party issues related to financial transactions.
2. The Company shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from service usage.
3. In case of any service downtime, network failure, or technical issues, the Company will make reasonable efforts to restore services, but no compensation claims will be entertained.
1. Any disputes arising between Retailers/DFA/Distributors and the Company shall be resolved through mutual discussion.
2. If unresolved, the dispute shall be referred to arbitration under the Arbitration & Conciliation Act, 1996.
3. The jurisdiction for all legal matters shall be Dumka, Jharkhand, India.
1. The Company reserves the right to modify, update, or amend these Terms & Conditions at any time.
2. All updates will be communicated through official DreamPe channels, and continued usage of services implies acceptance of the updated terms.
